More:

Unbeaten super middleweight contender, David Benavidez, takes on Ronald Gavril, in a highly anticipated rematch. Gavril, part of the Mayweather team, and having come close to beating Benevidez in the first fight, losing a split decision, is considered by everyone, deserving the rematch opportunity.

Benavidez dominates most of the rounds, he is not able to knock Gavril down, but he does everything but, as he builds his lead round after round.

The judges don't surprise anyone when they declare Benevidez a winner by a wipe wipeout margin of 10-12 points.

Prediction,

This is a good match up, a necessary rematch, and a fight which should be very interesting.

You can't write Gavril off, he did great last time, I thought he just lost, by the trimmest of margins, but what an effort from him. Benevidez is probably the favourite, his age suggests he isn't necessarily less talented than his supporters say, he just wasn't ready for such a step up in class, also, against an opponent who turned out to be underrated, it happens all the time in boxing, we watched him these fights, and learn that you don't have to be extremely well known to be a good fighter.

I think Benevidez will win this one, taking into account the fact that this is an immediate rematch, you wouldn't think too much has changed since the first fight, but I still think the last fight was a learning fight for Benevidez, he's the better boxer, more talented, and he'll have made the better adjustments. Gavril will be confident of victory, aim to start faster, inevitably, but I think Benevidez will win by wide margins, not so wide that Gavril looks like he's being taught a lesson, he'll be in the fight, but I don't see it being close in the end.
