Prediction,

Big step up and great test for Haney!
Haney is only 19, this is a risky fight, is he ready for a fight like this?

Haney, in my opinion, is the best talent, the prospect with the most promising future, out of himself, Teofimo Lopez, Ryan Garcia, Shakur Stevenson, and all the others, he is a talented fighter, can box, can punch a bit, and he is 19-0, been a professional for 2-3 years, but at his age, considering the level he has been fighting at, world level potential or not, fighting an opponent who went 12 against Mikey Garcia, and fighting a guy who still hasn't lost many times, still isn't old, that is a leap up in class.

Burgos is a veteran, 37 fights, still only 30, and he has been in 3 world title fights, fought to a draw in one of them, won 1-2 rounds against Mikey Garcia, lost against Hasegawa, and got back to back draws against Roman Martinez and Yakubu Amidu, he doesn't have any good world level wins I don't think, but he has made a good account of himself, fougut at a high level, never been stopped. Burgos is past his best, and he has not been active, he comes off 13 months out, and in August last year, he fought in an 8 rounder, before that, he fought in a 6 rounder in March, and a previous 6 rounder at the end of 2016, at which point, he was coming off almost 3 years out, so he has not fought in anymore than an 8 round fight, since the Garcia fight, early in 2014.

There will be ring rust for Burgos, you can question his mentality going into this fight, and I think Haney, at his best, in 5-10 years, will be a level above Burgos, so I think Haney will win this. I think because of the step up in levels, Haney will lose rounds, be learn on the job, but I think he is already good enough to beat a Burgos, definitely with the timing aspect, but I don't think this will be an easy win, because Haney has a lot to learn, but I think he will win, get by far the best victory of his career so far, and I think Haney has a great future in boxing.

I think Haney wins a UD, at least 96-94, but maybe a fairly wide margin, I don't expect Haney to shut Burgos out, that would be impressive, but I think he will win clearly, get a UD over Burgos.

I just don't get the fuss about Haney, or the PBF comparisons at least yet. No power, and the speed is nowhere near close.

Disagree!
Haney reminds me of Mayweather, big boots to fill, but he is 19 and just beat up a guy who went 12 with Mikey, has great skill, speed, has a lot to prove, but seems like a very talented fighter.

Great performance from Haney, domianted, hurt, beat up a world title challenger, is learning, improving, but needs a tougher challenge before he can take it up a notch, but no rush, because he is very young, has plenty of time, obviously isn't ready for a world title shot, but this was an impressive performance.
