Prediction,

I think Buatsi will stop Periban early, Periban is 34, he comes off 2 years out, he has been in tough fights, been down at least 3 times, isn't the most durable, and if super middleweights like DeGale and Yildirim can hurt him, even stop him early (as DeGale did in 2014), he can't take Buatsi's power. All Periban's fights against world level opponents have been at super middleweight, he has had small fights at light heavyweight, but no fights anywhere near this tough at this weight.

For name value, this is a step up for Buatsi, Periban drew with Badou Jack, dropped and was in a good fight against J'Leon Love, but the size aspect, age aspect, and especially the inactivity of Periban makes this less of an interesting fight, and another easy, early stoppage win for Buatsi.

I think Buatsi stops Periban in 2 rounds.

What a stinker from Buatsi, nice guy, would be good to see him go far in boxing, but this was very poor, over reaching, scrappy fighting (pushing down with the arm and hitting), and just not thinking enough.
