Super Grand Slam Of Boxing: Felix Trinidad vs. Hector Camacho
Fight Notes: Undefeated IBF Welterweight Champion Felix Trinidad looks to catapult himself to superstardom by taking on Puerto Rican compatriot Hector Camacho as part of a Don King supercard. Trinidad hurts Camacho in the third round but loses a point in the fifth for holding and hitting. Referee Joe Cortez also docks Camacho a point for excessive holding after Trinidad hurts him again in the tenth. After twelve rounds, Trinidad gets a dominant unanimous decision win. |
