Because of all the fights being cancelled and postponed, I don't think there is any point in the prediction competition for at least April and May.

Unfortunate but that's the only thing that can really be done
I hope you and your family are well.
Likewise for yourself and your family. Are you planning on watching some older fights during this break or are you just going to wait it out?
I might catch up on any I missed and watch some old fights, none off the top my head I haven't seen, but I might watch some of the classics. You?
I'm going to try to do some catch up on some more recent stuff and then probably go back and watch some older classics, but I don't know how my schedule will look after this week. Do you have any idea of the classics you are thinking of watching?
I was thinking some old Ali fights, Thrilla in Manilla and Rumble in the Jungle. Did you have any particular old fights in mind?
I want to go through some of the 90's SMW fights with guys like Benn and Eubank, and maybe some Asian boxers like Wonjongkam and Uchiyama. Depends if I can find them in decent quality though.
What's your take on empty arenas? Hearn ruled it out for British boxing, insists fighters need the adrenaline of the fans in attendance, but I think it's rash to just rule it out, different fighters have different mentalities, I remember Chino saying before he fought Mayweather that he would be the same if the crowd wasn't there, and he only wants to fight.
I think it is fine, it is just a business decision on what they should do financially. I wouldn't be surprised if there were shows done in TV studios in the next few months.
To me it is lacking. From spectator point of view I guess it is fine but it's like I watched *sighs* UFC this past weekend and the whole empty arena takes a while getting used to so I suppose the same will apply to boxing.
I agree, and fighters can still make money, you said it yourself, how many people watch the fight is more important financially than how many people are in the arena.
It's definitely financially possible and the fighters i'm sure would be willing, but it is an impossible set of conditions for production in most countries. Also, most gyms are shut down or in the process of doing so.
