This was hilarious after so many convinced themselves he'd win just by "NBA athleticism". Idiots don't realize a lot that doesn't transfer over to boxing especially with less training than the opponent.

goosu, the people who think these non-boxers looking good against other non-boxers means anything are the idiots, I know nothing about NBA, but most top athletes wouldn't need many boxing lessons to beat a Jake Paul.

Champion97, where did I say anything about the other non-boxer being any good? The reality is he has a solid little gap in experience though, and this helps prove that being athletic in another sport isn't a direct transfer if you have a guy as athletic for his size as Robinson getting destroyed by a youtuber with only HS wrestling as athletic experience. Paul had a few yrs of training under his belt, that's why he won. Imagine what a pro would do to an NBA player?

You don't live where I have, so you haven't encountered the many annoying people who like to say "X NBA/NFL player would beat up X boxing or mma fighter". Sometimes they at least say with one training camp, but it's still a ridiculous insult to the guys who have decades in combat sports experience, acting like that doesn't matter. I like anything that will shut those type of people up.

He did some alternate UFC commentary with Urijah Faber for a while, I think for gimmicky stuff like this it's a good commentary set up to have celebrities and Mauro was a good bridge between actually commentating and making it fun for what it is.
