Re: Adam Lopez vs Jason Sanchez
Prediction.
I think Sanchez has a better chin, but I think Lopez hits harder. Both have a decent amateur background, they have fairly similar styles, both have good footwork, are good combination punchers, and throw double, and even triple jabs. Lopez has the faster hands, and his combinations are harder to deal with, Sanchez throws the right hand and uppercut more often, but Lopez is a better body puncher. Both fighters are at their best on the outside, I think Lopez is better at mid range, Sanchez is better at close range. Both fighters have plenty of flaws to be exploited, Sanchez lunges with shots, is slow to bring both hands back to his chin, which makes him easy to counter, Lopez frustrates the opponent with his movement, but is inactive as he uses the ring, switches stance seemingly without purpose, both fighters are inconsistent with their head movement. I think Sanchez uses the ring better, but Lopez uses pivots better.
I think the battle of the jabs will be important, and Lopez will get the better of it, Sanchez will let his hands go, Lopez will have inactive spells, get out worked, but he will do damage with the counter left hook. I think Lopez's jab will negate Sanchez, but when he closes the gap, he will get the better of Lopez, but Lopez will land a good shot or combination when he can create distance.
I think it will be close, but Lopez will win a UD.

Re: Adam Lopez vs Jason Sanchez
Very close fight, Sanchez had the better of the early rounds, was busier, took advantage of Lopez's sloppy defence, Lopez wasn't throwing enough shots, was waiting for an opening, but in the mid rounds, Lopez used his jab, negated Sanchez, and he timed the right hand counter right hand, was accurate with that shot. Sanchez rallied in the last 2 rounds, increased his output, it was hard for Lopez to get his shots off, but the power and accuracy was from Lopez, and I thought he just did enough.
