R1- Mayweather is moving laterally and landing combinations to the body. Cuello is looking for the lead left hook, but Mayweather evades every one that he throws.

R2- I honestly want to score this whole bout for Cuello off the strength of him having “Taco” on the front of his trunks. Rationally speaking, Mayweather controls the action with the jab, but lands some quick combinations and counters in the final minute, primarily with the left hook.

R3- Mayweather is now the aggressor for a lot of the round, as he continuously backs Cuello down with his jab. Several lunging left hooks and right hands land for Mayweather, but Cuello takes these shots well. Near the end, Mayweather leans on Cuello and tags him with a right uppercut on the break. Cuello does the wise thing by flopping to the canvas. Pretty funny moment, but still a clear round for Mayweather, even with the point deduction.

R4- We see Mayweather start to clown, as he leans forward and makes a rather hilarious face at Cuello, but Cuello does not budge. Not much else happens here, but Mayweather controls yet again with his jab and counterpunches.

R5- The ref admonishes Mayweather at one point for seemingly no reason. The looping right has become a more prominent weapon for Mayweather, and he is landing left hooks or uppercuts behind it. The volume of Cuello increases, but Mayweather is evading his combos with his great upper body movement.

R6- Mayweather is giving Cuello all kinds of looks and using his angles to create potshots. A right hand rocks Cuello, but Cuello manages to land a couple of rights himself in this round. A few mild exchanges occur, and Mayweather dominates with his leads and counters. Perhaps the best round of the fight for Cuello, but still one he did not come close to winning.

R7- Mayweather is now mostly relying on the jab, but he is landing with good accuracy with whatever he throws.

R8- The ref is definitely being too stern. I believe that Mayweather hurt his right hand, as he spends the second half of the round taunting and moving defensively. Nonetheless, the jab and effective defense easily win this tame round for Mayweather.

R9- I especially am convinced that Mayweather hurt his right hand, as he spends the round circling and jabbing.

R10- Mayweather continues to move, but this time he does score with a few brief flurries. The crowd boos all the way until the decision is announced. Not a pretty fight and not one of the better performances of Mayweather, but he did pitch a clear shutout, Cuello showed a solid chin, and a few funny moments occured.
