I missed this fight and I have no idea what happened. Guerrero didn't get beat up THIS BAD did he? I mean my goodness according to this score card Keith Thurman was fighting with brass knuckles instead of gloves and the referee decided to make it a No Holds Barred WWE match and Thurman started to beat him with a two-by-four.

Something similar to this happened one time though. True story it was Joe Jenette vs Sam McVey back in 1909 where Jeanette was floored 19 times before round 20 and came back and force McVey to quit on his stool in the 49th round. True story.

Wow. Two of Marvin Hagler's rounds weren't even scored and you sir, you had him winning by 21 points. Let's just take a moment two let that sink in. Two rounds (20 or 18 points) weren't even scored for Hagler and you had him winning by 21 points. I can't believe it. I didn't even think I read it correctly but 78 points. A Seven and an Eight after 12 rounds after one of the greatest fights of all time and one of the pinnacles of each man's career. 78 and 21. Let me see if I could at least understand the argument here. How did you decide the difference between a six round, a seven round, and an invisible round (2 and 3). I'm just curious. I really am. I also read a couple of your comments and please Vock turn down the language volume a bit. It's a bit rude if you get me.

Now for something completely unrelated to boxing......
What do you call a cow trying to jump over a barbed wire fence?

    Utter Destruction!

Now tell me that is not the funniest joke you've heard this week.

I think Kirkland's chin is made out of paper mache'. The only time his chin passed the test was against Alfredo Angulo, but I really can't think of any other times. We all know what happened with Ishida and despite not like Alvarez too much he's still a good puncher. I think Kirkland is going to throw caution to the wind too early and I get the feeling that he's going to get caught. I think it'll end up just being a fight to make Alvarez look good and it might prompt a bigger fight in the future. Shame we never got to see him fight Cotto, really doesn't make any sense because that's a big payday no matter how you look at it.
