Is Warrington the best at 126 in your book?

He could be, it would be close between him and Russell. Russell has much better technique and punch selection but Warrington is bigger, stronger, and more active.

I agree, very different fighters, different styles, Warrington has over achieved, Russell has under achieved. I think Warrington would beat Russell, but that would be a 50/50 fight, Russell is a very good offensive fighter, phenomenal hand speed, very good skills. I don't think the fight will happen unfortunately, because I don't think Russell wants to fight Warrington.

As far as I know, Russell hasn't signed with a promoter yet so maybe it is still possible.

Frampton apparently said he punches harder than Donaire lol
At 126, he possibly does, his KO ratio suggests he has a lot less power than he does, he isn't a devastating puncher unless this proved otherwise which I doubt it did, and he doesn't have Donaire's power in his own weight class, but he's probably a couple of natural weights above Donaire, so he might hit harder, but Frampton didn't take Donaire's power as much as he took Warrington's, he was much harder to hit and harder to get to against Donaire.
At 126 it wouldn't surprise me at all, it is really funny to think that Warrington punches harder than Donaire does lol.
