Round 1- After winning his first world title, Manny Pacquiao takes a stay-busy Bantamweight fight against Australian clubfighter, Todd Makelim. Pacquiao is stalking Makelim from the start, looking for the right hook. He then traps Makelim on the ropes, and starts to assault his body and head with hooks and left hands from many angles. A left hand snaps back the head of Makelim, who spends the last portion of the round on survival mode.

Round 2- The round begins with another successful flurry from Pacquiao. Makelim seems hesitant to throw, as Pacquaio counters every jab or lead right with a left hand. Late, Pacquiao batters Makelim against the ropes again, particularly landing a series of left hooks to the body. A left hand-right to the body puts Makelim on his knees, and he barely beats the count. From there, Pacquiao continues to assault him with quick hooks from all angles until the bell rings.

Round 3- Pacquiao, who has dominated every second thus far, is back on top of Makelim early. Makelim actually tries to exchange with Pacquiao and has brief success, even taking the role of the aggressor at one point. Pacquiao then gets him on the ropes once more, punishing his body with hooks. Makelim doubles over from them. Pacquiao continues to beat him against the ropes until his corner throws in the towel.
