Round 1 - A very close and competitive round. I think you could give it to either guy but I feel Holyfield just about edged it. He was busier for most of the round and seemed to land the slightly more eye-catching shots a lot of the time. Neither guys landed anything too significant but I think Holyfield did a slightly better job overall.

Round 2 - This was similar to the first round. A close one that could go either way where neither guy landed anything too significant. I edged this one to Lewis as I pretty much had the round even at the 2 minute mark. Lewis landed the better shots in the final minute which gave him the round for me, although I could understand why some may give this one to Holyfield as he arguably landed the best punches of the round but I still think Lewis won.

Round 3 - Yet another round that was close and could be given to either guy. Lewis was winning the round pretty clearly up until the last 20 seconds due to being way busier than Holyfield. However, Evander then landed an amazing right hand and followed up by landing some good shots to the inside. I believe that final attack was just enough to edge the round for Holyfield but I can see why people would give this one to Lewis as well.

Round 4 - The first convincing win of the fight. Lewis was busier for most of the round with the jab and whilst Holyfield did land some good shots towards the end of the round Lewis returned with some good shots of his own, pretty much outdoing Holyfield’s work.

Round 5 - Holyfield did land a very solid left to start the round off but Lewis comfortably won this round by being a lot busier and landing the better shots for most of the round.

Round 6 - Lewis landed a good shot here and there but Evander was a lot busier this round with solid jabs to the body. I think that did more accumulated damage than Lennox’s shots so I think ,whilst close, this was a Holyfield round. However, neither guys were super active or landed anything significant this round.

Round 7 - Great, competitive round. Both guys landed some very good shots but I felt Holyfield definitely won this one. Both guys were throwing lots of punches on the inside and Holyfield’s seemed to land more cleanly and had a more of an effect, slightly hurting Lewis. Lennox did try and steal the round, throwing a lot in the final minute but a lot of them either didn’t land or were blocked by Holyfield.

Round 8 - This was a close one but I think Lewis won fairly convincingly. He landed the better punches of the round and seemed to be a little busier overall. Holyfield throw some good shots towards the end but it’s hard to see what really landed clean and I think he just fell short of stealing the round.

Round 9 - Another competitive one that you could give to either guy. Both landed some very solid punches this round but I felt Lennox landed slightly more damaging ones. Holyfield did seem slightly hurt at one stage so I think Lewis just about nicked it but it was very close.

Round 10 - Very convincing win for Lewis, probably his best round yet. He was much busier than Holyfield and was way more accurate. Evander still landed some decent shots every now and then but it wasn’t nearly enough to win the round.

Round 11 - I had this one even after 2 minutes. Whoever performed better in the last minute would win the round for me. Lewis landed some of his best punches of the round in the final minute which definitely gave him the edge and stole the round. Evander landed some good shots as well but Lennox seemed to land more.

Round 12 - This one was close. I gave it to Evander as I feel his good shots at the start of the round alongside his activity for the rest was enough to win. However, Lewis did seem to be more active for a lot of the round which I think you could argue gave it to him.

This fight was definitely a lot closer than the first. I honestly think a draw here, whilst definitely generous for Holyfield, wouldn’t be too crazy. However, Lennox definitely won more rounds convincingly so I feel like he was a fair winner, even 115-113 to Holyfield may be me being a bit generous.

I think this was a decent fight. Some rounds were pretty boring and there was a LOT of holding. But some rounds were very intense and this fight was definitely a lot more competitive than the first.

This was also the last heavyweight fight we’ve had that was for the undisputed title. Hopefully we’ll get Fury VS Usyk soon.
