Prediction.

I think Williams's style is good for Eubank, he has a lot of the same attributes as Eubank, but Eubank is slightly better in most those departments, he has an edge in hand speed, strenth, power, punch output, overall close range ability, Williams might have the better fundamentals, but I don't think he can slow the tempo down or neutralise Eubank once he's set the tempo, I think he has slightly better variety, but Eubank's right uppercut is a great shot which is hard to adapt to. Both have good chins, but I think Eubank more so, both have good stamina, but especially Eubank. Eubank showed improvement against Degale, I don't think his last few fights have shown anything, Korobov's injury ruined the fight, Eubank didn't try against Morrison, but he's experienced, has learned on the job, definitely seems to have talent to do better than in the past, and I think he is in his prime now. Timing favours Eubank, he comes off a win, Williams comes off a fairly damaging loss, and he's been out of the ring for longer than ideal.

I think the fight will be fought at a high tempo, and will be fought on the inside in every round, both will have a similar game plan, will fight a similar fight, it will be close, highly competitive for 8-10 rounds, Williams will have success, there won't be any one sided rounds until the late rounds, but Eubank will be at least slightly ahead in the late rounds, his right uppercut will be the most important and damaging shot in the fight, Williams will be an easier target for the shot as the fight goes on, and when his resistance is weakened, Eubank will hurt him bad, will stop him with a sustained beating.

My prediction is Eubank late, I'd be surprised if this was an easy fight for Eubank, but I'd be surprised of Williams won, I wouldn't be surprised if this went the distance.
