After a string of uninspiring title defenses, undefeated WBO Super Middleweight Champion Joe Calzaghe takes on tough American challenger Omar Sheika in Wembley. Calzaghe comes out looking for a knockout and willingly slugs it out with Sheika from the opening bell, eventually opening cuts over both of the challenger's eyes in the fifth round. Although he is taking flush shots and being wobbled by the champion, Sheika continues to fire back, but Referee Genaro Rodriguez jumps in to stop the fight prematurely.
