Prediction,

Conceicao was a good amateur, lost to Josh Taylor, David Oliver Joyce, beat Joe Cordina, Oscar Valdez, fought Vasyl Lomachencko, 3-time Olympian, 2016 Olympic gold medallist. Conceicao is 9-0, been a pro for 2 years, went 8 rounds in his last fight, hasn't had a title fight, but hasn't been fighting bums, he is 30, Conceicao, he shouldn't age fast, but he still doesn't have a lot of time to play with, he should step up soon, but will probably be ready for a title fight next year because he's an amateur veteran.

I don't think Laviolette is a step up for Conceicao, just the same sort of calibre as his previous 9 opponents.

I think Conceicao beats Laviolette by a unanimous 80-72 shutout UD.
