Fight Notes: 

After two previous fights, in what was a highly anticipated rubber match, Marco Huck makes it 2-0 against competitive rival Ola Afolabi. Afolabi, once again, makes a great account himself, giving Huck a very hard night, it was another back and fourth battle, and very competitive. Marco Huck wins a majority decision, but it still doesn't seem as if there is a defininitive finish, and there is more interest in a fourth fight than there is in it being left at the trilogy.

114-114 Draw both men could have made the fight easier for himself Huck should have kept his distance better and use angles sometime Afolabi won rounds cause he was in the right spots but & Afolabi could have done a better job of fighting on the inside he smothered his punches and never adjusted his defense on the inside on fought harder never made the adjustment to fight smarter.

I think it was a win for Huck, I don't think you can argue, and I'm not surprised some of those scores were wider than mine. It was a decent effort from Afolabi, and I think if he's been busier earlier on in the fight, he had the potential to win, but he wasn't, Huck boxed a great fight yet again.

Huck far too tired and passive down the stretch. His one or two big shots aren't enough to negate Ola's workrate and body work in the later rounds. Very close, but give this one to Ola. Too bad for Ola Huck would never leave Germany.

Three rounds difference.

Round 1 clear for Ola. Surprised and backed up Huck with that jab and body work. Huck really only landed the one right hand cleanly. Clear Ola round in my book.

I don't see how rounds 9 and 10 go to Huck. Round 9 was close but Ola did the sharper work. Round 10 to me is a clear Afolabi round, controlled the first half landing sharp body shots, two big rights and left landed...Huck only had really one flurry with a solid landed right. Afolabi effectively aggressive.
